Car Stereo Shop in Charlotte? NEED SUGGESTIONS ASAP!

Hi everyone,

I just purchased a Infinity Basslink I for my 2010 MINI COOPER CLUBMAN S with the stock Harmon Kardon Sound System.

I have been calling stereo shops off of Google all day and every idiot that I speak to has no idea what I am talking about or what the heck an Infinitly Basslink is.

Can you please post some suggestions as to the best stereo shop in Charlotte to do stereo installs on our beloved MINI's??

Quality comes before price but I don't want to get taken to the cleaner.

Let me know if you have ANY experience with any of the shops in Charlotte as I am looking to get the instal done ASAP. Thanks!!!

Drew P.

Hey Drew,

I had a non OEM ipod adapter installed in my '06 MCS at Freeman's Car Stereo shop in Cornelius about a year ago, and was very happy with the quality and expertise of the intallation. I'm not sure if you want to come all the way up to the Lake Norman area, but I can certainly give them a good recommendation. I think they also have shops in several Charlotte locations (Independence Blvd., just up from Hendrick MINI, for one).

I have used Car Audiomasters in Pineville in the past with great results. I just Googled them, and it looks like they are just called "Audiomasters" now, as they do both home and car audio. Info is posted below.

Hey thanks for the info! Keep it coming. I'm just so hesitant because I have heard horor stories about bad instals and blowing speakers etc. Thanks for the info and please send more!

I have had Freemans do all my installs and have never had a problem.
