RMW Dyno Tune in Thomasville, NC
Dan has my injectors? Yippee!
Yes, I'll stay late Sat if that's okay with Jan and Dan.
I'm supposed to be in all day training to keep my PMP certification that Fri and Sat and was going to just blow it off and eat the $500, but it would be better if I can go for a while and then beg for the certificate when I leave early on day two. ;-)
Priorities...

Spent the day with dan and sumpter eating BBQ, but they did put in my JCW Injectors and worked on my check engine light problem. So far so good, it didn't come on coming home? Everyone just wanted you to know that I will try to be there for the tune and dyno, but must play it by FOOT! Regardless, the BLUCOOPR will be there thanks to Mark of m2c2.org. Yea!!!!!
anybody care to plan for going out to dinner after the sessions Friday night? I'll be in town and I'm sure Jan will want to go grab something too. Just thinking if we have a largish group, might be good to plan ahead.
I will try to take pixs of everyones dyno sheets, if they get printed out, to post when I get home saturday night. I will only be there saturday however. so someone will have to do the friday peeps. Littlehandegan and I will be driving up EARLY saturday morning, and want to be there for everyones runs. I will also shoot some videos of the cars running. (if you would like)
I had 105whp with Milltek catback and a HAI
Then 117.5whp with PandP head, blended and portmatched to an OBX header
I figure that's close to 132fwhp
Nope, this will be first time on a dyno. Kinda wish I had done it stock and then after mods just to see what if any gains I got.2 weeks from right NOW my car will be on the dyno though!!!!
I'm up for that. I only live about 10 mintues away.. I'm scheduled to go right before you on friday.
i'm coming from about 5 hours away....im going to try to get there as early as possible on saturday so i can watch a few people before i go. hope to meet most of you while i'm there!
Dan, I was thinking of taking you guys to a pub called the Flying Saucer - 90brews on tap and about 200 or so all told. Food is good scenery is better. Its about 15minutes from my place in the University area. Another option is Iron Thunder Saloon (Close to Lowes Motorspeedway and Concord Mills Mall). Food is very good with reasonable prices, they serve Guinness which I am very partial too and the scenery is very good.
I thought thaqt Jan might be partial to the Flying Saucer, you are definitely spoiled for choice. Everyone, who can is welcome.
saturday peeps get no love huh.......I see how it is. just wait till little hand and I make HUGE power and pass you on friday night. thats right so fast we go back in time son.
We didn't take any offense, we're just you know, WORKING! ;-) First five day week in a while in the office all week and it stinks! ;-) Good news for me, sent Joe a PM, my PMI training that Fri/Sat was cancelled so I can tune any time and hang out more time--wifey permitting. ;-)
Can't wait to see the numbers MINICHI throws down, high or low, just interested to know. People always ask me how much HP it makes, (not realizing torque and drivability are king--I fault the car mags for the HP junky situation), anyway, I just tell 'em more than 170 is all I know for sure...

well, how about this, what kind of mods are people running? I know custom AV, littlehand, and I are running a lot more then just the usual mods ie 15% CAI exhaust.
Just curious to see the spread and what kind of gains we will all get. The final # isnt all that important to me. I'm all about the delta! All I know is my car is significantly faster after my head, header, and cam. (ran at local strip with a modded mustang that I have raced before, normally he pulls about 3 to 4 cars on me to 90. Saturday night In MUCH hotter temps I pulled one on him.Once this thing is tuned for them OH MY!

I'm curious too - although I just have the usual plain vanilla mods. I'm like Dave & want to have some real #s instead of just guessing (although I know it's the delta that matters). I also can't wait to see what kind of magic Jan can work (& also make sure I'm not running lean or something). After this I need to stay away from the motor & start looking to the suspension & brakes (I've always been a sucker for the siren call of more HP though!).
