Picked up the green MB Mini Van this morning. It's starting to pop up everywhere.

I also found a RARE Johnny Lightning, White Lightning muscle car. I'll be putting it up for auction on ebay soon.

 

before you put it on ebay let me know what one it is. my husband collects the white lightnings and he might be interested. { see if I can get him something for a change lol}

This was only $15. Not bad for a (fake) Scalectrix set with 2 MINIs.

 

Looks like the bidding ended at $51.00. WOW!

I don't expect to win that much, but it would be cool. That'll pay for a few mini MINIs.

I PM'd him about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back.

 

I saw him on Saturday at Fontana. He popped in to try and catch Rob but had just missed him. Didn't get to see him for long but it was a night surprise to find him there.

 

I picked up the MB 10-pack containing the gold classic Mini van last night at a local K-Mart. This week, these 10-packs are on sale for $7.99, which isn't as bad as their regular $10.99 for 1 car. But I have a 2 1/2 year old nephew who loves cars, so they won't go completely to waste.

 

I did the same thing, but gave them to my 4-yr old son.

 

Hey guys, can you tell me what the Johnny Lightning "dirty" Italian Job cars are going for these days? A guy I know has all three and I'd like to come up with a fair offer. I'm not a collector so I have nothing to go on really. Thanks for any help.

 

New ones sold for anywhere from $3 to $4.50. Add in the time he's held onto them, I'd offer $5-6 each if it were me. But I already have them, so...

 

I Agree. You can't buy them in the stores anymore, but they pop up on ebay for about that much. At least you save on shipping.

Well, that is always open. This year we had one of the local guys selling off a big chunk of his collection, and I sold a bunch of MINIs and Minis at MITM last year, but with everything going on, I won't have time to put anything like that together. If you want to organize a toy exchange, I'll promote it on the AMVIV website.

 

No I haven't, but it's been a whole week since I was last at Target in the toy section. I'll have to take a look...
