Those are the authentic Cooper Bikes jerseys. Yes, the very same Cooper family name as we have on our cars.

After selling the John Cooper Works brand name to BMW, Mike Cooper launched Cooper Bikes. There are a handful of U.S. retailers, and Prestige MINI in Mawah does carry them. They recently began to stock the bike jerseys and light sweaters (in addition to selling the bicycles). Saw them in person last week.

Thread revival. Any interest in getting together to design and obtain a Mini Cooper themed cycling kit. Not hard to do. Will need some ideas and commitments. I have design contacts and contact info to work through Voler and Capo custom.

 

I like the idea, I just got into cycling and wouldn't mind being able to wave other MINI drivers. I'll work up some ideas and hopefully others will also chime in.

 

Primal Wear, maker of high quality bike jerseys, "used" to make one. I always thought it was cool as I have lusted for one of these cars for a long time. Shoulda bought one on coolness factor alone but I always felt these things should be earned ie. you should own a car first. Now that I ma a proud owner and would score one in a minute, they appear no longer available :(

I'll put it in the collection. Would love to have good quality JPEG art of Mini logos through time and logos for various models. I think some interesting things could be done with that. There is a lot on the web, but a lot of it is low quality. Any hi-resolution stuff would be appreciated. I have a good quality JPEG of the current logo, as in picture in dabeamer's post.

 

Yet another revival of the thread. Believe it or not, this thread is one of the first that Google points to when searching "MINI Cooper cycling jersey." Anybody find or make one?

 

I don't think the first one should be car-specific. The only people interested in one with an image of a Cabriolet would be the people who own one.

 

I think something with the MINI "wings" logo would be the biz. Something other than white.
