I have recently purchased an 05 cooper s convertible...had it a couple months and now i believe the sc has gone bad...making bad noises and not from the typical water pump side...so i tried the tensioner to no avail. So looking for a decent shop that i dont need a suit to go into...lol. I know shops are salty, but here in anderson there is only one reputable shop i know of and that would be mitch smith and the last vehicle i took to them was a 97 jeep and i was just tired of replacing sensors and thought i would leave it to the pros with the expensive tools to do the job right...i work at a parts store and told them if they needed parts to let me know...2 days later i got a call to come pick it up...500 bucks and 2 sensors later i felt as if i could have replaced sensors till i got the right combo for less....anyway if anyone knows of a decent mech around me, i would greatly appreciate it
