I'm famous...again
 

sort of…(insert obligatory bragging) For the last few years I’ve been thrown into this whirlwind we call the automotive industry. It started out with MINI Coopers and has branched off to other things. I’ve been fortunate in my experiences, met some great people and been having a blast. I’ve done everything from writing/photographing for MotorTrend.com (among other magazines & websites), getting to drive on some of the most famous race tracks in the US, going to big auto shows and lighting my head on fire (don’t ask). Recently I was lucky enough to be involved in MINI Takes the States (MTTS) where we drove cross country with thousands of MINI owners. During the trip I stole the camera belonging to CarTV.com…and they left my footage in the show. I wanted to share the fun, who knows where I'll pop up next.

Yep I spotted you when it was posted last week..congrats!

I really was sober....I just thought I looked like I was acting drunk :lol: it happens when I get nervous...I also get this funny voice (demonstrated on video...it's kind of like when people use that childish voice when talking to animals)

Thanks everyone...I'm hoping I'll get another cameo in one of the upcoming MTTS videos where I got to borrow the microphone again (fingers are crossed it doesn't land on the cutting room floor)...this time I get lost in NM!

I'm really not sure, I know CarTV has been pretty swamped and it's taken them a bit longer than expected to do the MTTS stuff, I've been sitting on the edge of my seat. I would imagine within the month but I don't know if they'll get to NM in the next episode. They may do a whole feature on Route 66 b/c we had a ton of fun at Hackberry. We probably shot 24 hours of footage if not more on the whole trip. :eek: they have their work cut out for them.
