Very nice JC! A lot deeper blacks than mine and definitely crisper. What kind of camera do you use? I just got my Nikon D80 and Chicago was my first trip with it. But this is a great building isn't it!

 

For that one I used a D70. I tend to like underexposing my shots, which gives you darker blacks.

I notice you're from Phoenix. You going to AMVIV?

 

With appologies to friends and family in New England, I'd like to annouce that Spring has arrived in NorCal.

Yeah, I'm pretty excited about it. I've never been to one before. Should be great fun. I'm actually looking into renting some lens for my camera to fill in on lens I'm missing. Will save me from having to buy everything I want before I go!!! LOL

Hey, that first Grand Canyon one is a pretty good HDR pic.
I bet you don't have those kind of cloud and geologic formations in the UK.

 

Which is one of the reasons I love living in the US. Oh, if only I was closer to the West :(

Anybody could go back to the home page (link on top) and sign the guestbook requesting a pic. (Small plug, but i'd appreciate any comments on there) Unfortunately the image quality would only be good on a very small picture because i lost the original when my computer crashed and that's a resized image. Large prints could be made of course, but with sacrificing image quality.
