MINI Cooper Gathering in Columbus, Ohio
Hello everyone!
I'm interested in putting together a gathering of MINI Coopers in Columbus, Ohio. I work for a hotel that is willing to give a DEEP discount, and has a banquet facility that could be utilized with catering. I was thinking of the end of July. Does anyone know where I would start to get something put together? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In Ohio there are some other potential conflicting events: Fairborn OH July 1 & 2; Dayton Air Show & British car meet (Cinti) weekend of July 17; Meadowbrook Concours in Detroit (weekend of July 30).
