Nick's update
 

Wanted to give you an update on the status of Nick. Good news is they finally have a bed to transfer him to. Bad news is it's in Stanford. Great place to be, but along way from home. :sad: Hopefully in the next couple of days we will know a little more. I ask that you please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Any new updates? Has Nick been moved to Stanford yet?

Yes Nick is at Stanford and he had surgery yesterday(Wed). A very long day. Surgery took 8 hours. All turned out well. He's in alot of pain today. Keeping him pretty doped up. They say he will be there a minimum of 5 days. I had to come home this morning to get some work done, but will be returning friday am. If anything changes I will let you know.

Glad the surgery went okay!! Hopefully he has a speedy recovery. :)

Nick is now home. Yeah! :) He is doing really well considered. Wants to thank you all for your well wishes. Hope to see you all at the next meeting.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Nick will be going back up to Stanford this wednesday for another surgery on thursday. Going to entend his bars up above where they fused the first time. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. If all goes well he is expected to be home over the weekend or first part of next week.

Thanks for all the well wishes and the prayers. The surgery went well and Nick is now back home and he is doing well. The long ride home is what tired him out the most. If all goes well we hope to see you at the next meeting. Thanks again to all.
