Hello MidCal Peoples,

I have set up this months meeting at Yukon Jack’s in Clovis again. I do need to give the manager our head count so please reply as soon as possible! Also we have gotten into the habit of having the meeting after dinner in the parking lot so remember to bring those chairs and blankets (all depending on the weather)! For those of you who have not been able to make it in the past, this location is nice and not too far away from the previous ones.

Where: Yukon Jack's
342 North Clovis Ave.
Clovis , CA

When: Friday, January 15 , 2009 at 6:00pm - CHANGED/REVISED DATE

Directions: The restaurant is on the southwest corner of Herndon and Clovis Ave. If traveling east on Herndon make a right onto Clovis Ave. Then make your first right into parking lot/street. Turn right into the second driveway.

Parking: If you pull into the second drive way. There is a long row of parking spaces for us to park in on the left hand side.

Hey Everyone,
I need to ask if anyone would mind if we changed the day of the meeting to THIS FRIDAY 1/15/2010. I completely forgot what I was doing and I will be out of town on the 22nd. If you guys cannot make it on the 15th then I will keep the 22nd open, but I will not be there. Please let me know if the change will work for you!

I have also been told that I set up the meeting on the wrong weekend. I guess I forgot how to count !

Date change works for Kiki and Bitzie. Fog but no rain predicted until Saturday. Parking lot still looks good for post event.

Thanks SO MUCH guys! I have heard from almost everyone who RSVP the first time and everyone that I heard from was fine with the change. We don't have a large group (about 14 people) this time so far! See you all this Friday (Jan. 15th).
