MidCal Meeting - November 20th: Yukon Jack's in Clovis

Hello MidCal Peoples,

I have set up this months meeting at Yukon Jack’s in Clovis again. I do need to give the manager our head count so please reply as soon as possible! Also we have gotten into the habit of having the meeting after dinner in the parking lot so remember to bring those chairs and maybe we should add coats and blankets! For those of you who have not been able to make it in the past, this location is nice and not too far away from the previous ones.

Where: Yukon Jack's
342 North Clovis Ave.
Clovis , CA

When: Friday, November 20 , 2009 at 6:00pm

Directions: The restaurant is on the southwest corner of Herndon and Clovis Ave. If traveling east on Herndon make a right onto Clovis Ave. Then make your first right into parking lot/street. Turn right into the second driveway.

Parking: If you pull into the second drive way. There is a long row of parking spaces for us to park in on the left hand side.

Hope to see you all there! Please contact me if you have any questions!

Tina

Hello everyone! Diane speaking:nod: We truly miss everyone as our lives have been very full these past few months. And November is no exception. On the 20th, I will be taking Rob and his daughter Ashley to LAX for the yearly Thanksgiving trip to New York to see his family. This will be the 1st time in 8 years I have missed going so I am a little sad. But because his mother is not well, it is more important for his daughter to see her grandmother. The timing of me coming back through town might be perfect to make the meeting, but in case it isn't, don't reserve a place for me. I will squeeze in if I can.

Hope to see you all then. Have a great week!

Taking a quote from Jiminni, "We may or may not be there". Some things need to fall into place (not my back). Hope to see all then. Sandee & Ken

Hey All,
I have been having a huge bad time dealing with the NAM issues:mad:. I am sure other people are in the same situation as me. But wanted you all to know the turn out for this meeting looks great so far! We have around 30 people who RSVP for attending. Can't wait to see you all! Have a good week!

Sounds like a PARTY in the parking lot put the folding chairs in the boot

Yeah it might be raining:cry:. There is a 60% chance of rain for Friday Night. If everyone could come prepared for indoor & outdoor event that would be good. I have put my trusty blanket, umbrella and chair by the door just waiting for Friday!!!!!

See You ALL SOOOOOON

I wanted to let you all know I would like to raffel off two or three items that have been donated to the club. But insted of putting the money towards the club business card or T-Shirt orders. I would like to propose that we donate that money to the Community Food Bank. Please help MidCal Mini's do something for our community! Tickets will be $1. You don't have to feel like you are obligated. The holidays are one of the best time to to donate and this seamed to be an easy way (as a group)!
