Clubman's Daddy

Looks like the Clubman will become obsolete soon. What do you guys/gals think about a sliding door on a Mini? Personally I love the idea.

Wow that thing is an abomination. So ugly it would gag a maggot. Just what the world needs another SUV off roader wanna be.

I think its kinda cute...but i loved one of the sayings at the bottom of one of the pictures.."after the oddness of the clubman" Sorry...but my car ain't odd!!

The new crossover reminds me of an Infinity FX45 that got its front nose crushed in...at least it has 4wd , eh?

I feel that MINI should stick to only making Mini Coopers, Clubmans, and other small sporty vehicles. I don't really like how every new MINI concept keeps getting larger and larger, and further away from the classic MINI heritage.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwww.....P_U_K_E!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And, just when I was starting to feel better, too.

A few years ago, my brother called his white Infinity FX45 "the big shoe" because it looked like one. This would probably be called some sort of shoe in my family. Not feeling love here.

I like it, but I also liked the Clubman two years before it debuted and people were hating it.
I would like to have one of each model and color of MINI, but will just have to enjoy my Clubby and wait till I can add a Cabrio to the garage, too.

I think when this new model comes out it will have a good following, especially with people who want to travel with their bikes and sports gear on longer trips.

It would be easier to load our dogs in too!

They should go bigger...

Just think of how many driving lights you could fit on the brush guard.

Eeeew! I think the Mini Crossover Concept is atrocious!

I've got a Clubman cause I needed the extra space, but I'd still prefer the regular MINI body style.

The new design doesn't look like it adds additional seating, so why mess with it?!

There are a few threads on the topic here on NAM. Hope you don't mind if we talk about it among those we know as well.

Hmmm.... well, technically speaking of course, after sitting in a classic Mini during last months breakfast, the BMW owned MINIs felt... well.... gigantic:wink:
