I will keep that in mind I have thought about the 15% but with the high milage on the 2003 copperS I am concerned that the reliability of the motor will be at risk.

Btw... If you are interested in doing the sc pulley swap in the near future I still have my pulley puller for sale.... I could give you a real good deal if you are interested...

Hopefully a helpful tip.... When I took my MAP sensor out, it was the one on the side of the engine closest to the throttle body.... (There is one on the front as well and I assume u do not mean that one) It has a little plastic sleeve on the end of the tube where the sensor plugs in, I believe this is where yours broke because mine did as well as a whole bunch of others that I read about.... Anyway, I tried glueing it and everything but it kept breaking on installation so I used the short piece of rubber hose to connect the two and haven't had a problem since.... Thought I would throw that out there and maybe save you some time.... (Btw, my mini is a 2003... Not sure if yours is the same style....)

The only vacuum lines to do with the boost that I know of are on the left side of the supercharger looking from the front of the car.... Underneath the intercooler.... U can look it up on the internet if u can't find what I'm talkin about...

I forgot to tell u that the reason I'm getting so much boost is bc I have the supercharger 15% under drive pulley.... But ziptieing it closed should still give u way more low end power and u can hear and feel it is harder to slow down... But if ur bpv has been messed up maybe it has been locked closed already?? What have u been getting for gas mileage? When I drove it with the bpv closed I got 19.9 mpg.... Lol I usually get 31.9 to 32.2...

My bpv spring was shot... That ended up being my problem... I replaced the valve only and left the boot and it works fine.... I am now getting close to 13lbs of boost according to my gauge.... I'm not sure I understand the to much pressure on deceleration bc I ziptied my valve completely shut and drove it hard and never got a code.... I drove it on and off for two days that way on the highway and everything....
