We were really looking forward to attending this meet, but my MCS's engine nuked a piston rod bearing and I'm now knee-deep in swapping in a new motor. So bummed! We did the MINI Peabody poker run (we were the two weirdos in the rain with the top open!) but only because my Dad kindly loaned us his MC.

As soon as my little guy is up and running again, you can count on us!

...seriously, you can. We love MINI events, perhaps a bit too much.

Forecast is looking damp, but I still plan to be there....

We swung by for a while- we had to hit the road a bit early, but there were a good five or six of us by the time we left. There was much talk of rubber duckies, engine mounts, & mysteriously missing trim pieces Weather ended up being okay.

We'll see everyone on the 11th, hopefully Max will be dressed up and in tip-top shape by then
