Are there any issues at all with the size of the energy reservoir [amp hours]? How does this compare to the Braille lightweight battery? I'd like to lose essentially no perceivable day-to-day functionality in my car, but would love to buy this battery. Thanks!

I have used it in my car for 6 months, my car is driven daily and I've never had any issues- the thread will verify this. Let me know if you have questions, check the second page of the thread for a pic of my install. I belive this is the same as the Braille with a different sticker on it (different name), again please look at the thread and it should answer your questions, PM me if you have more questions.

I also have one of these batteries but i have yet to install it due to time constraints. Also i haven't installed it because for the first few months i wanted to have a jump starter to carry around just incase i found myself with a dead battery. I don't have a crazy stereo, just stock and my car is mostly bare for autocrossing. But i was still worried if it would do ok for everyday driving. And there hasn't been much response to other threads i've seen before on this battery so i was just waiting to be safer than sorry.
I have the braille
1) It and the Oddesy are different.
2) TonyB ran with the Oddesy and the Braille.
3) The only time I had any issue is when I was working in my driveway for long periods with the car ON (and I have a PLX wideband that draws a lot of current.)
Day to day, this is fine, and I've never had any issues with not starting.
TonyB was chasing down some leakage problem in his car. Don't know the outcome....
But if you're running stock, it's a great way to drop some weight. I think it would be excellent for Cooper (non-S) cars, as they have the battery in the engine compartment!
