I don't know if it has been posted here (did a search for Wenzel and came up with nuttin') but this punk *ss kid Charlie Wenzel got OWNED on pirate4x4.com for trying to rip off a guy for $25.

Not sure if this belongs here but I recently got ripped off by Shoveit79 and thought it would be appropriate to share what happens to someone when they try and rip people off.

Shoveit79 f-ed me over on a set of holies where I asked for a very fair $50 refund. Said the following:

"wheels have no curb rash."
"they are just dusty from sitting."

Turns out they had plenty of curb rash and had brake dust caked on there from never being washed. Also had some weird yellow substance that stained the finish (still unable to remove).

I took Shoveit79's word that there was no curb rash (since I didn't have the ability to wash the wheels right then and there) and he screwed me over.

Wow...long read, but DEFINITELY worth it. That kid got what was coming to him.

 

Didn't read it but isn't Shoveit79 the guy who was so ignorant about putting HID lights inside his stock OEM Halogen housings and the Person Who Would Randomly Capitalize His Sentences Like This??? I don't know I just thought he was an idiot and I guess he really is. Sorry for your trouble though.

 

And also forgot to say thanks to all the other members of NAm who backed me up on those other threads regarding the "never-received" partial refund.

Yeah, I'd love to have a chat with that guy - lies, lies, lies - that's all he's good at doing!

 

And notice how Shoveit79 started TWO threads for his 4th Gen iPod, changing his mind about his "firm" price.

Could someone summarize please the Charlie Wezel case please?

 

Basically he said "I wanna sell this part for $100 + $15 shipping."

So someone lifts his offer (MochaMike) and sends him $115.

Then the seller goes back and changes the original thread so that it reads "I wanna sell this part for $125 + $15 shipping" and asks for an additional $25. I think that whatever part is (gears of some sort) go for $140 + shipping brand new.

Then it turns out the guy advertized it as NEW......but it was USED......

And lie after lie after lie after lie, the scumbag seller keeps digging himself deeper.

His phone number, his address, his parents, his high school pictures, his work, his ip, his e-mail, his yahoo sn, everything about this guy gets found out through normal means and this thread is now like 2000 posts long or something and all over the world.

He's had a bad reputation on eBay, and has been found to be doing the same thing to other people on other forums....

That's the gist of it and everybody on that forum + their friends + whomever else they can find rip him a new one.

 

Oh yeah forgot to mention that he cashes the check from the buyer for $115 and then goes back and asks for $25 more.

i would never do that to someone to start with, but you have to think that the 4x4 forums wouldnt be the best place to **** off a bunch of members. It was very satisfying to see the guy get his comeuppance, i wish this would happen to everyone who has cheated people out of money. Lordoftheflies, good luck with getting your money back!

 

Thanks Soul Coughing.....I don't think I will. Why should Shoveit79's word be trusted? Pocketed a few hundred clams AFTER screwing me and couldn't throw me $50. I just don't get it.

Claiming they were new when he new they were used is False Advertising or Fraud

 

Claiming wheels had "no curb rash" when they did is fraud as well.

 

I didn't read it all but I read a lot of that wenzel stuff.

People were really brutal and funny. Including some people with user names that poked at the guy. If he were not one of the biggest scum bags I had ever heard of I would almost feel sorry for him for all the stuff that people were doing/saying.

 

I think Ebay needs to hire those guys. They get results!!
