Everything!

I'll upload some photos of it and link it in 10min.

"Allows Apple Ipods to be controlled through the factory radio and steering wheel mounted controls. Does not work if factory CD changer, navigation or satellite radio is installed as it connects through that port on the back of the radio. "

"
Created exclusively for MINI, this adapter lets you play uncompromised audio right from your iPod using your MINI’s stereo controls. On top of that, your MINI actually powers your iPod and recharges its batteries while you’re driving. Device connector can be located in the glovebox.Price does not include installation.
This item fits years: 2003 - 2006"

How easy is it to install? My dealer made it sound like a pain in the butt.

I'd say 30 mins to an hour TOPS. Just unscrew the downtubes, unscrew the radio, pull it out, plug the cable in, route the wire to where you want it, put it all back together.

Actually, it's slightly more difficult, in that you need to cut off four existing connectors and crimp on four new ones. Not rocket science, but not plug and play.
Didn't realize it didn't work with Nav. Guess I'll stick with my Aux. port.
