yeah, for example I'm 5'7 150lbs. Is that a medium or large?

usually I err on purchasing the bigger size and shrink to fit if necessary by abusing the first wash in hot water or hot dryer

T-Shirt sizes

In answer to everyones questions:

Brand - Gilden 2000

6.1 oz 100% pre-shrunk cotton. (although all cotton still shrinks)

sizes run standard true to charts. not too big or small.
