Hi Jeffs:

"These are not perfect, but good condition used wheels."

it's hard to tell from the pix, but are there any curb rashes? Also are they straight and true?

At one point, yes, there was mild rubbing on the wheels. They have since been refinished and partially filled in. You would probably only notice it now by running your fingers around the lip.

They were originally black from Volk, as seen on the sticker, but they have been refinished.

Some questions:

What is the centerbore of the wheels? Are centering rings required/included?
Are lug bolts included or will MINI lug bolts work?
What do the wheels weigh?

Don't know the centebore (large enough at least). There are no rings (as with all volks).

You're bidding on exactly what is pictured, so no lug bolts. I'd assume anything with a conical seat would work.

Advertised weight is 14lbs.

I think all Volks come in 65mm center bore which is quite a rare size to find.. but you can get them at any volk dealers.

are the metal valve stems not included?

I have no idea. I've never owned a car with runflats.

Jeff -

Is this simply metallic flake reflecting from the wheels? Or are there some sort of particles in the paint? Is the paint textured or smooth as glass?

Thanks!

It's metallic paint. Think of it as black with a very slight metallic - not textured.

These pictures are in direct sunlight laying flat, so the shine is exhaggerated.

There is currently a trade pending with someone. They're being slow so I'm not sure if it's going to go through or not.

what are they trading you for? If it doesn't go through, send me a pm with a price range you would like to get and maybe we can work out a deal.

The person I've been trying to deal with is being slow so these are potentially for sale again if I get a good enough offer...

And no, peter... I'm definitely not going lower on the price.

I'm interested, but I didn't seen an answer to the above question about the valvestems. Also, do you have a source for hubrings for the wheels? Why are you selling them?

I don't think we know the price. The starting bid on ebay was 850 with a buy it now around 1100. Is 850 your current price?

I don't really have a "current price". One thing I do know is I'll throw them away (literally) before selling them for less than $850 + actual shipping.

I don't know where to find hubcentric rings. Personally, I didn't get on the hubcentric bandwagon as it passed by a couple years back.

I did put them on H-T. That's where the slow "trader" came from.

I'm selling them (not that it matters) because I would need to run a 5mm spacer to clear my AP Racing brakes. Additionally, I've lost the bug to modify the car lately - and even moreso since finding the trailer hitch on the back of a large truck with my hood, whose driver decided to play stop/go/stop at a yield sign yesterday. Watching her out of the corner of my eye, I saw her go, continued to roll and even though there were no cars coming, she had decided to stop... the sound was horrible, the damage slight, but as you can imagine, any damage to the hood at all is fatal. Luckily new ones are cheap.

Basically, I'll use whatever wheels don't sell. If the Volks sell, I'll run the SSR's in a staggered setup 17/16. If the SSR's sell I'll use the volks. If they all sell I'll keep the Superleggera's on the car. There's just too much crap in my garage.
