Interesting. Can you please tell me more about the engine that's in it. When was it put in? What type of shops would be able to work on it etc. I wouldn't mind taking a road trip out there to see it.

Hello!

The engine in both of the Minis is a 1275cc 4 cylinder with 63 horsepower. Single Carbureted.
VERY simple to do most general maintenance.
The engines were both installed NEW in 1991.

What type of shops? Depends on your locale, I suppose.

Any more questions? Please don't hesitate to e-mail.
I would be glad to send a pic of the engine compartment.

Thanks for your interest,
Bill

That is very cool, I wish that I could afford it, but I just ordered a new S. I'm sure that you won't have any trouble selling that bad boy.

Thanks for all the positive input, folks!

I sure hope the cars go to enthusiastic owners, such as yourselves.

They are a BLAST to drive and EASY to maintain.
You can't go anywhere without being stared at, either.

Thanks again,
Bill

Well.....just so happens there ARE A/C kits available in the aftermarket.
Imagine THAT, huh?
"Collision Avoidance" is easy with the lightning fast steering and suspension response!

These little guys are a real hoot to drive.

Don't let their size fool you. I am 6 ft. 2 in. tall and I am comfortable as can be in there.
Sir Alec's marvelous design made for a "spacious" interior.

Thanks again for all the positive response, folks.

Classic Red Mini UPDATE:

I've received confirmation that it will be here early next week!
I've never had a red one in before.
They really STAND OUT.
A copy of Charlize Theron's car in The Italian Job!

I'll update this posting when we get closer to the event.

Thanks for all the interest!!

Prices most certainly are negotiable!

Love your new Mini! Nice tire/wheel selection!
Makes for a mean looking ride.

Best Regards,
Bill

Hello everyone.

Please see my new/updated post in the Marketplace list.

Prices are DROPPED.
The red Mini is $6950, FIRM.
Sorry but that is bottom dollar and it has to go.

The Green Mini is $7950.

Both cars MUST GO.

Their titles are on the way as I'm typing this.
The new owners will get a U.S. title with their purchase.

Thanks for all the input and interest!!
Bill
