Giving back to your dealership?

I know we pay enormous amounts for service and parts, but have you ever thought about giving a small, nice gift to your salesman, parts rep., or technician?

Have you ever done it and what did you give?

I was thinking some nice beer. My parts guy accidentally ordered Continental ExtremeContact DWS instead of DW, they were put on my car, and now the technician has to replace them because of his error. I'm pretty sure he got yelled at for the mistake.

Also, my technician took time out of his duties to talk about some work he did on mine - first time that has ever happened to me.

When I ordered my car my MA was stunned by my iPhone4 case by ElementCase. Nickel plated aluminum, quite nice. On the day I picked up my car I presented her with one as a thanks for all her help/Bday present. She was floored and I think I might have just gotten a better deal.

Yep, I did several 6pks from local WI breweries for the service guys at Patrick when they had to re-mill the block & head. I really think they liked it, though I was not around to see it consumed.
