Bueller???



didn't see any locals at he Dragon this year; was a frigging blast!

 

Much to my dismay, I was unable to attend although both my dad and I were registered and were going to both bring our MINIs. How was the event??

I had just striped up the car myself beforehand, too. Also, got a gopro for my birthday from the parents and I am going to begin posting pics/video of other cool MINIs around to see if the owner is on here! First pics below (after my car, of course)!

 

this Saturday (26th) is the 1 year anniversary of Cars&Coffee in Charleston (or something like that) bunch of people gonna be there (saw 3 different Ferraris a couple of weeks ago)

0800-1000 in front of Atlanta Bread Co. in Mt Pleasant

 

If I stay in town for the long weekend I'm down for this. It's right around the corner from me. See you there LowCountryS?

Is there still a get together every month? Just realized there is a local group that gets together. I have only been in the lowcountry for 2 years and had my R56 for 1 year. Hope to meet up soon if there are still people willing.

 

been slack for a while now; couple of us get together with the "other" import crowd (Scoobies mostly, few BMWs) and they hangout here....http://www.lowcountry-imports.com ; I'd be down to try some MINI meets again, just seems like there's not enough "enthusiasts" around, they're just in for the gas mileage.........

I will have to take some pics after this weekend, I am planning on plasti dipping my chrome on my mini. Hope it turns out, just don't want the chrome anymore.

My mini is pretty much stock, just tinted the windows, cravenspeed short shifter but have many plans. Just need the funds to make them happen. Stupid money thing always gets in the way!

I am going to the cars & coffee thing tomorrow morning. Probably get there around 8:30 if anyone else is interested in shining up their MINI and representing among the other, larger+pricier vehicles. Looks like the changed the location to 730 Coleman in Mt. P which is right near Starbucks and Mozzo- two of my preferred eating establishments.
