I just bought my dream car...and i wanted to join a forum to meet mini owners too! As well as see what you all have done to it.

yes yes indeed it does.. haha I am small so i've always been called joytoy. sigh. it's a name that has just stayed with me lol.
and thanks!!! I have been saving for it since I was 15...5 years later I was able to lease it at a GREAT deal!!! I plan on purchasing it when the lease is up and trying to get ideas on what to do with it

There's a few of us that hang around here from Charleston, we try to have a meet at least once a month but attendance has fallen waaaaay off.(holidays,cold,family stuff etc>)

I'm sure you will enjoy your MINI. As Mike said, our attendance at group get-togethers for lunch fluctuates drastically - as few as 2 as many as 10. I'm bad about posting, but I try to show-up for lunch whenever possible.

We typically try to meet for lunch on the 3rd Sunday of the month, and yes, that would be this Sunday if you're counting. If you have any suggestions on a place to meet, I'm certain that we could get 3-5 cars to show up. You can post your suggestions here or in the other topic "Jan Meet" that LowCountry S started.
