Another Question as to Knight's Edition vs. Loaded 2020

So I recently came close to buying a low-mileage Knight's Edition, but ended up going with a better deal on a low-miles 2020 JCW 2 Door Hardtop. I am very happy with this decision, but I am curious about two factors regarding the differences between the two vehicles. First off, I noticed that my 2020 does not have the hood scoop/air intake. Also, the Knight's edition has the bluetooth specialized exhaust control. I am wondering whether either of these factors will give the Knight's Edition a performance advantage over my vehicle?

Again, I am very happy with the car I bought; even aesthetically it rivals the KE and offers, to my mind, a better palate for enhancing! :)

No hood scoop?! What the car in an accident, and the hood replaced with a “Justa” hood? I know the scoop isn’t functional, but it should still have the scoop... Do you have pictures?

Since the hood scoop is non-functional, there would be no performance difference with or without it. As for the exhaust, the flapper just makes it louder.

If you want the exhaust, it's the JCW pro exhaust. It can be installed by the dealer or yourself.

I thought all JCW's had a hood scoop, something sounds fishy there?

They are both identical JCW models. Only diffs are mini marketing has picked from the options list to combine a special edition in the one case
Hood scoops are dimentionally identical. The Knights edition version is just the carbon fibre material. Stands out more just coz its not painted*
*unless your dealer filled it with bondo or replaced the hood

Regular JCW pro exhaust with valve system. Adds 6-9hp give or take.

Hey, thanks all for your answers! As for the exhaust, if it does indeed at 6-9hp or so, I might be interested if the expense is reasonable! Have you got an idea of what such a modification would run? And I was thinking, if indeed the only difference is a flapper, perhaps my car already has the pro exhaust with valve system, as as it is a loaded iconic JCW? Perhaps I'll review the spec sheets tomorrow!

And I have also heard that a racing air filter is a good way to boost hp a bit, without risking wear on the engine. Would anyone care to expand on this?

I must apologize as the car does indeed have a hood scoop! I was looking at it in the dark, and thought the scoop would be higher up the hood; didn't catch it lol :)
