New “in stock” door handle covers

Hi gang - I just wanted to give a shoutout for Way! They currently have in stock their black glossy door handle covers, even for Comfort Access. In fact...they’re on sale! I just ordered a set for my ‘16 f56 JCW. These are hard to find boys and girls. Gettem while there hot! Plus for what it’s worth, I think Way Motoworks are fantastic! Great selection, great prices, and super great customer service. I also bought the black high gloss gas cap cover as well. So I hope it works, but here is the link:

How do those install? Are they just double side tape things?

Correct. They have tape already attached to the handle, so you simply get them in place after removing the covers on the tape, then just kind kind of squeeze them onto the handle. I’ve already done my gas cap, and it was extremely easy.

Oh....don’t forget to make sure your door handle is clean and dry before you do anything. Also I went ahead and clay barred my gas cap, then rubbed on a “medium polish”, followed by a “fine polish”, then applied a couple coats of “Black Rain”, which is a sealant meant specifically for black paint. Now I am certainly NOT suggesting that you or anyone else HAS to do all this, it’s just what I do. It matches my body color perfectly.

Thanks for the kind words we appreciate it.

Way Tip: I like to paint the edges of the chrom black just in case the plastic has a hair of a gap the chrome won't shine through.
