Help: install JCW exhaust

Googled and searched site. Lot of info on installing exhaust and which one to get. Looking for specifics...

ive for a 2005 r53 coupe and a JCW exhaust rear section. Hangers are pointing in towards battery box and towards the rear.

how do I get the nobbed hangers (welded on cans) up into the rubber hangers mounted on the car? What’s the process?

It it seems that I should unbolt red rubber hangers, pop on cans, lift and bolt all back up into body. But is there enough room to torque them up?

Remove all the hangers from the car. Then mount the hangers to the welded exhaust mounts.

Yah I unbolted the red hangers when I did mine.

A bit of wd40 on the rubber hangers makes it a LOT easier to get them on and off.

Thanks all.
I might continue to pb blast those mounted up under the body and remove after a day or so of soaking.
