Jcw rear spoiler
Has anyone purchased one of these from the dealer or the Mini Cooper website? I really want one and the price isn't bad on the MC website. And there is an option for installation for another $200. I've looked around and everyone that sells the spoiler has it as primed. So you would have to get it painted, install it, and have the dealer disable the pop up spoiler. Quite a $$$$ by the time your done.
I stopped by Mini of Ft. Myers today and the parts guy (he looked like he was 12, but very nice) said that it came as pictured, painted black and red. I asked him like 5 times it he was sure and he said yes. And it would say it it was only primed. He also said the installation would cover everything necessary. Does that sound right? Thanks!

NO it doesn't come painted or with the red stripes on it. I have pics of it in the black primer on my website here:

If you want one I'd get it now as they already discontinued the R58 one so I think they will discontinue the R59 one when they are gone.
