Is that really an S with JCW wheels and a Aero kit? What happened to the "stock" Brembo Brakes? I think the JCW badge belongs on the lower grill toward the right side in the photo (facing the car). If it is an S, maybe document all the changes to bring it fully up to JCW spec.

Thanks for the question! The R56 is a JCW package. The serial number shows it as a Cooper S and has the N14 engine. I will note the suggestion to bringing it up to JCW spec.

R56s with the JCW tuning kit did not come "stock" with the Brembo big brakes but like everything else (aero kit for instance), can be added. The JCW badge is correctly located - upper grill, upper left hand side. You can never bring an S up to JCW specs and I assume you mean factory JCW specs. I take that back, you can but you'd have to replace the engine. Even factory JCWs didn't come standard with the JCW aero kit.
