I rolled off the lot in my new JCW yesterday. I love the general color combination of blue with a white roof and bonnet stripes, so I decided to stick with it here.
The R56 MCS I traded in was Laser Blue, and I would have stuck with that shade if that had been one of the options. I find that Electric Blue is too light, and Lapisluxury Blue is a little too dark, but between the two LB wins out.
I think the combo worked out.
For the interior, I went with Dynamica seats, matching color line, and the Cottonwood dash.
Rebel Green on all surfaces w/truffle leather. For $1000 extra they can darn well paint the whole car, I say. But I think it needs black/white stripes. This shade of green is so dark, I think it needs black stripes for a subtle black/green contrast. Still haven't quite decided and will probably add them after delivery.
Thunder Grey with Chili Red Roof (with black roof rails); changed out the Chili Red Mirror Caps (which I may now sell) for the JCW ones and used same JCW cap on my interior rear-view, JCW side scuttles, Carbon Fiber hood scoop (may now sell the Thunder Grey).
Your Lapisluxury Blue (?) looks very nice, much better than it does on the configuration. I had thought about this combination, but vetoed it. Wife did as well and she does have a major say in this.

It is Deep Blue Metallic, not Lapisluxury Blue. I was originally going to order the factory JCW but they wouldn't let me do the Deep Blue Metallic color option on the factory JCW. Lapisluxury Blue is a nice color, but was not quite right for the Superman theme I was going for. I still wanted to stay in the JCW family and once I was able to test drive a Cooper S with the JCW Pro Tuning Kit and exhaust, that made my decision to go that direction, especially since I was then allowed to order the Deep Blue Metallic color option, which I think just POPS with the Chili Red .
Right, I thought that might be the case in color. What sucks, is that the Deep ?Blue Metallic was available in the beginning, but they cut it. I wonder why? Could an extra $500 tariff for for the Lapisluxury be the difference? Same on the BRG ll being dropped too, as I prefer that to the Rebel Green too.

Love the color combo obviously. Sharp looking Mini. But you gotta lose whatever that is in the back window. I hope the dealer threw that in on the car lol.
Long time lurker, first time poster and soon to be first time Mini owner. Finally placed my order this morning at SoCal's best Mini dealership Bob Smith Mini. No deposit was required and I had a Production number as soon as I walked out of there. Here's the color combo i picked, Midnight Black/White roof and mirrors. Now the 8-10 week wait starts.

I have a question for you? Are these the "quote Sport Seat shape?" or are they just the standard Mini seats? How are they different from the JCW sport seats, other than the stationary headrests? Curious, as I really like these seats better than anything else, but still want the bolstering. Nice car!

Needless to say, my dealer was of no help, actually the MA said that only the JCW seats were available for the JCW! Right, another well informed MA. I had trouble even getting him to realize just what interior that I was referring to. He kept pointing toward the 16 Couple JCW lounge seats.
