R53 Engine swap: Which JCW parts do I need to transfer?

My 2005 R53 JCW has developed a rod knock and I'm planning to swap in a motor pulled from an R53S. Which parts on the existing motor are JCW-specific and need to move to the replacement (non-JCW) motor?

Also, what other parts should I think about replacing while I'm doing the job?

Thanks in advance!

You need to keep at least:

ECU
Injectors
Supercharger with JCW pulley
Head
Exhaust
Intake
Valve Cover (Has your tuning kit serial number on it)
Silver JCW Intercooler Cover (Probably aesthetic only but why not)

There may be some other things, but that's the list to the best of my knowledge.

Now, what else should you do while you have the engine torn apart? That's a giant can of worms.

Sorry, by "intake" I meant the JCW airbox, not the actually intake runners. Thanks for clarifying.

Exhaust is catback only, the headers are all the same.
