JCW Performance Mod Tips

Howdy! New to the forum, looking for some performance part upgrade advice. Have been reading the forum occasionally for the past few months, but just created an account!

I've been reading into intakes, intercoolers, exhaust, etc curious if anybody has recommendations.

Given the seemingly good feedback on the Cobb/Alta Accessport, I was thinking of going that route and then following up with the items mentioned above to get to stage 2. Any of you done that on a JCW? What kind of numbers were you putting out?

Also curious about performance of after market CAI like an ALTA in comparison to the stock JCW CAI with panel filter, will it breathe significantly better?

Thanks for any advice you may provide, glad to be joining the MINI brotherhood here on the forum!

Welcome, a JCW Clubman is a great starting point.

I wouldn't spend big money on intakes as they just aren't going to give you the power they claim.

Put it toward a Forge Intercooler, that is good bang for bank.

We also offer ECU tuning which is another great bang for the buck mod.

Otherwise give us a call and we'll put some ideas together.
