Motegi MR125's with 16" JCW Brakes
 

Is there anyone out there that is running the Motegi MR125's with the 16" JCW brake kit? (there is a 16" and 17" kit, which I found that I am running the 16").

I need to find out if there is clearance or not, and of course Big O, Discount Tire, etc. do not have any in stock to test out.

I really dont want to buy a set of these to have to send them back because they dont fit.

These wheels are so super light (15 lb each) and super cheap (125 each) and I want to use these 16's for Autox. If you have a set up that does clear the JCW brakes and are 16's and are a great price, please do let me know!!!:thumbsup:

Confused, is the dealer installed big brake kit bigger or smaller than the factory JCW brakes? As of tomorrow I will be taking possession of a set of MR125 17s. TireRack says they fit the factory JCW. If you want I can get some measurements for you.

I had a few discussions with the dealer on this. there are 2 kits you can get for JCW brakes. One is a 16" kit to fit 16" wheels, or the 17" kit. apparently mine is the 16" kit. my kit was already on it when I bought it and didnt really know this until I had started poking around on the subject.
The 17's most likely will fit, but I'm looking for 16's because I want them as my AutoX set.
