Sweet, awesome, bitchin'. It is all in the details of execution and I love it.
Tell us about the installation of the dash guages, arm rest.
Very impressive.

After marvelling at the added interior details, I noticed the bunch of keys hanging from the ignition. This may be an urban myth, but I have heard that if you have too many keys on your ring the swinging weight will increase the rate of wear on the ignition switch.

A slit was cut on the plastic housing were the rear cup holder is and the arm rest bracket was cut and bent and then it was put thru the opening and secured with nuts and bolts thru the inside,so that way the cup holder was kept intact. As for the gauges it took nerves of steel to cut thru the dashboard trimming ($385 piece), the gauges had to be trimmed in the back, too to make them fit. thank God everything went well. The adapter rings were painted siver to match interior and the autometer gauges already come in silver. I made all the connections at the engine bay.The gauges lighting was changed to hyper white led's to give a little contrast agains the orange lighting. As for the wheels they're made by TSW racing ,(attitude metal),19 lbs each wheel, and the tires are the original heavy runflats, one thing about the wheels is that there's only 1/8 gap between the caliper and the wheel,(don't want to bend those wheels)...These runflat tires are so heavy that even the JCW struggles from a stop... (just kidding) more pics to come.

Very tasty indeed! Nice job on the gauges. That's what MINI should have done for the 05 Cabrio instead of that ghastly huge cluster.

I never liked the Orciari seat backs until I saw yours painted...very nice indeed. Congrats!

Spidey,

Much to be proud of, that is one NICE MCS. I like those guages and the seatbacks look like they were made for your car. keep up the good work. You've made many of us envious.

Umm... what is the pro-mini boost and what does it do?

What are the other gauges by the tach?

I like the look, very cool, very brave to be cutting holes in the dash
