JCW suspension question

When adding the JCW suspension (when building the car on the configurator) does that come with shocks and springs and does it lower the car any? Thanks

10 cm I think, which is about 1/2 an inch.

Shocks + springs + front and rear sways.
Lowering is mild (but still a visual improvement), as mentioned in post above.
Handling improvement is HUGE... literally transforms the car's feel and responses.

Lots of more specific info in other threads so won't repeat more here...

And my advice is similarly to-the-point: if you like to drive a MINI the way its engineers wanted it to be driven, get the JCW suspension.
