I was referring more as to what accessories do and do not come standard, there's been lots of conflicting information even within Mini's different press releases.

Ah...Ok, here is what I found on the internet.
-All JCW's come with piano black dash, only option is fluid silver.
-DTC (Dynamic Traction Control) ALL models in '09.
-EDLC (Electronic Differential Lock Control) is part of the DTC.
-Smartphone prep. Using the USB port, no more analog as we have now.
-Yellow Colorline and Gotham Gray is not a choice.
-Pacific blue upholstery will end in Sep and Ray Cream comes in.
-Wood wheel is not an option on the JCW's.
-$500 for sirius radio..Yeah!!
-Premium PKG will loose the HiFi and gain the MFSW
-Convenience PKG will swap the full bluetooth for the simple bluetooth with
USB and we do not need to take the armrest
-Sport PKG not part of JCW Models
PKG are now $1250.
JCW Hardtop Base Price: $28,550
No AUTO.
Colors for the JCW hardtop will be:
PPW, CR, MY
Metallic:
Dark Silver, Pure Silver, AB, LZB, LB, Sparkling Silver and BRG

Call your dealer the allocations are in in most dealers...I was at Alexander today with Shep Nelson who runs the Mini side and they are taking orders...They changed some of the packages on the 09's which go back to the way some things were before the 08's.The car is going to be to be to much fun..I know some folks don't feel that way,but such is life....
