Auto Express gives the MCS with JCW Tuning Kit its top rating (link).

I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but Auto Express loves the MCS with JCW Tuning Kit.

Per this review:

No - the fuel savings features are standard in '08 MINIs elsewhere in the world but not for USA. Remember that Auto Express is reviewing a UK vehicle.
