He sold me a broken headlight assembly and refuses to refund my payment. I offered to ship it back at my expense, but he still refused the refund. Of course he claims the part was fine when he shipped it, but the box he shipped it in was in nearly perfect condition and was packed with bubble wrap very well. There is a small plastic part wedged in the bottom of the housing between the lens and the plastic housing. No way could it have been broken off and ended up where it was during shipping. The upper bulb assembly has broken off of the alignment adjusting bolt. There is no way that this could have been broken during shipping. The bulb housing is loose in the assembly and not useable.
