There's another thread about this already, but I wanted to start one up in this forum b/c the other one is in MINI Talk and isn't named according to its topic. I had quite a time finding it to post my update.

Anyway, there doesn't seem to be a way to link to the pic on the vendor's site, but here's the page. You can enlarge the pic by clicking on it.

The good news that I found out today is that you don't have to pay $7.50 for UPS shipping, as the site leads you to believe. If you phone in your order instead, you only pay $2 for regular first class USPS.

I think these are really classy-looking, and add a nice touch of invividuality (hence my debate about whether to start a new thread, or let the other one bury itself). Thanks to binkydognose for finding this!

Chris

Aha. I had no idea. For some reason I never find myself on MINI-Mania's site. In pairs, eh? Are people putting them by the turn signal "vents" on the sides of the car, or... ?

At Spring Thing this year, you could get a set of them for $10... I just installed one on Dolly's boot, and it looks really sweet.

I got my badge from Triple-C.com. I mounted mine with the notch between the two flags at the base of the "R" in COOPER on her boot. It looks really cool!

I mounted mine the same as Tony did. I got mine on Saturday. Make sure you use something to clean the wax off prior to installing to ensure they stay stuck on.

I just got mine from triple-c. Theyre metal and are very high quality looking. I'm goin to put them on also by the R on cooper after I wash my mini. They come in a pair of 2 which I think is cool just in case it falls off or you lose it.

Jeez! As I was reading through this post, my distaste for this badge was growing and growing. I'm thinking, "Who would be so dumb to put a BADGE on their car?" Then I get to the bottom and see Chris' pic.
NICE!!!!
I'd be that dumb!!!
