I'm looking at getting some of the PIAA driving lights from mini-motorsport and has anyone put them on with the Black Mesh Grille available from Mini?

Many thanks!

Sorry, I haven't done that yet. BUt I would like to upgrade the headlights.
I believe this was talked about months ago. But who knows where?
How difficult is it to replace the bulbs?
Was there an improvement in appearance?

Come on guys...help us out.

I believe this was on another thread but I did replace the high beams (H7) with 100W 5100K halogen type blubs. About 30% improvement is visibility and color equil to my Xenon low beams.

Sorry, I meant the bugeye driving lights in front of the grill.

Yes. Do it. The PIAA lights are better than the $400 ones from the MINI dealers. Plus $500 installation. I put mine on myself.

I'm not going to fool around when it comes to adequite lighting. Check this out.

Don't you think that is a bit of overkill?
