I'm dechroming the interior and am interested in swapping my chrome tach trim ring (speedo in center of dash) for one in silver. MINI does not sell the trim separately, so to add chrome requires buying the overlay piece or the entire tach - over $300! And I've been told painting the chrome trim ring won't work. I'd prefer doing this in person, so that neither tach is trimless for long. I live in Southern California.

I would love to get some interior chrome for MIB. My tach ring is silver but the rest of my bits are Anthracite. Do you have any other chrome bits that you don't want?

 

I currently have the duel cup holder trim, (center) speedo trim, air vent trim (2), and hazard and dash light trim ready to ship. I'm looking for how to switch the handbrake handle and the rollover bar covers. Sounds like you have exactly what I'm aiming for and I have exactly what you are aiming for. Of course I've been buying all the anthracite bits, so cannot do a swap for those as well.
