Anyone use Chrome Spray Paint?

Are the chrome replacement vents on the hood near the windshield made from plastic like the black? I have the stock black, but wondered how chrome spray paint would look.

I don't know if the paint would wear off or look cheesy or both.
Any thoughts?

Thanks!

chrome paint isnt really chrome looking, itys just a shiny silver, no reflectiveness as chrome has....its a scam thats been around since my dad was building models in the 60's...

Hi there...

The paint you are talking about is made by ALSA and it does indeed look
like chrome or a mirror. This stuff is ultra expensive and to get the finnish
you are thinking of, you must prepare the substrate with outmost care..

Here's a link for more info. www.alsacorp.com
