Black 'S' badges
Using some leftover stripe vinyl I made my 'S' badges on my CR/B cooper black. I would assume you could make them any color, just get some vinyl and cut them to fit. Would look sweet on a DS/B 'S'.
Subtle but nice touch on my MINI with black wheels and black viper stripes. Haven't really seen anyone doing this? Looks cool. Could just picture one in yellow or orange or blue or something. I also have some smoked side lenses on order to complete the look...will post a pic when I get it. Nice and subtle, I like it.

nice, i really like the one on the boot

 Looks great! I have seen one other person do that in Blue and it looked great - just like yours in Black... Nice job...
Chow! Donna:cool:   |
Nice! As another CR owner I've wondered how to make the red 'S' on the boot stand out more. This is a good solution. I'm also wondering if making the base of the boot 'S' black while retaining the red inside might work.

I haven't bought from these guys, but I have the page marked. |
I had wanted to have the little grills on the side markers either painted black or replaced with black a black grill but this might be better.
Will have to consider it. I also want to get black wheels and stripes along with tinted tail lights, tinted corner markers and the black crystal side markers from CTG. |
Here are the side marker lights i am talking about.

Moss has them... if not those exact ones, the ones you see on my car

I don't know if I'd pay 9.95 for the stickers. you could use just about anything. It was easy. Cut it with an exacto blade.
JCampos... Great minds think alike. I ordered the tinted sidemarkers from moss mini right after I did the 'S' emblems. I see you beat me to the idea, but a good one it is....did you buy the sidemarkers pictured earlier in this thread or get them tinted differently? Cheers, Skottoman |
