Some new pics of my Red MC

I recently installed some white bonnet stripes, chrome mirrors, and some more chrome trim to go with my chrome dash.

John...very nice MINI!!! You've gone for a look and have done so with class. Not over-done...just right. Your MINI just looks like fun waitin' to happen.

very nice

makes me rethink wanting to choose LY/B

uh, can I ask a stupid question? I looked at your gallery. How did you get the doors to be red on the inside? that's not a normal option on an MC is it?

If you pick the tartan red seats, you get the red door panels! My 03 CR/B MC had the same interior. I loved the way it looked

Nice MINI, John

What am I doing wrong then? I just went to configure a CR and was not able to get a red interior.

Is there a magic combination I'm missing or have they deleted this option on the MC for 2005?

MiniUsa no longer offer the red interior panels in the MC or the black/red combo cloth seats. 2004 was the last model year they offered them both as a no-charge option and 2005 models can only have the cloth/leather-red/black-seats as a $800 option but instead of red panels you can only have black.

Thanks for the nice words. I'm done with modding my exterior because I think if I do anymore I might end up over doing it. My next mod will be custom full red leather seats with perforated centers, but thats still a few months away.

I didn't realize you can no longer get the red door panels. Too bad, it was a nice combo. My Cabrio has the cordoba beige leather seats & with that you get the beige door panels. Looks good, too.
