Optional Center Console

Picked up this console off eBay. I have a list of parts to pick up for the conversion.
What are the attached cables for; ambient lighting?
If so is the car pre-wired; plug and play?
I've seen some with and without the cables

I figured out how to remove the tray.
It has some kind of plug under it.
