08 Seats into an 05 MCS?

I have come across a pristine set of seats from an 08.
Are these "plug & play" into an 05 MCS?
Seat rails, seat belts, seat heaters, seat airbags etc?

Not plug and play but close, they bolt right in no problem but you'll have to modify the plugs. It's not hard just takes some time. I posted a pic by pic install of how I did it, search via my username.
