Interior/Exterior Pre modified aero grille for S bumper
#1
I'm hoping someone can make my life easier and modify an aero grille for me. Is there anyone who modify a them then sells them on the forum? Anyone who would possibly be interested in trading a modified aero for my gently used jcw matte black grilles?

It's really not that difficult. W/o a dremel. I just used a drill to do the slots. Taped the bumper where the aero would fit, marked & drilled where the tongues would go. Used a hacksaw to thin it down gradually. I used this guide:

I've done this mod and it is a PITA and messy. But I was using a Dremel tool and a diamond blade.
My skills as an aircraft structure mechanic came in handy - measure twice, cut once.
I wondered if someone could make any money doing just what you're asking.
At £99.99 ($168 USD) he isn't making much for his labor unless he has a fast method or some sort of a jig.
Besides, you still have to modify the bumper cover on your car. Even the best modified lower grille is in no way plug and play. There is much to do before it can be mounted.
