I'm planning to buy a roll to cut my own vinyl for roof, stripes, etc. Others recommended Beacon Graphics, which has perfect 10yd 48" rolls. The problem is they have several reds and I have no idea which would be closest to Chili Red. Any ideas or alternatives? I did ask and they said they had no way to come up with a match.

Yep if you ask for samples they should have some color books laying around, or send them a sample and ask them to match it up for you

 

I did...they said they had no way to match, and I responded asking for samples and I got no response.

 

Go to a local Fast Sign, Sign-a-roma type sign shop that are in most every town as somebody is making all the signs you see around. They will have tons of vinyl and you can match it up yourself, and or ask if you can carry their color chart outside to your car to match it... They will not be the cheapest place to buy vinyl from but you can get the brand and color number for whatever you think best matches and then search online for it....
