Interior/Exterior JCW Bodykit with Mud Flaps?

JCW Bodykit with Mud Flaps?
Based on this old thread, it looks like the mud flaps will not work with the JCW body kit.
I'm wondering if anyone found a way to make it work and if so, how you did it. I tried bumping that old thread, but it was posted in "Countryman talk" which seems to get more traffic from, well . . . less mod-savvy types.
