DIY Shelby Stripes

Hi all

Just got my Shelby stripes from Aesthetic Designs (thanks Mike!). I'm not very good working with stripes and stickers, but I think I did a "decent" job.. being a perfectionist, I know I messed up in several areas such as cutting the spaces for the wiper fluid thing and around the scoop. Also, for some reason towards the end of the small stripe it started going crooked although I was pulling very slowly and using the wedge. Here are some pix:

Just a note for anyone else that will try this on their own. Remove the washer nozzels befoer you put the strips on. then let the strips sit fo a few days before putting the back on if you can. and when putting them back on use a little soapy water to make them slide agains the stripe as they go back in. Then you will not have the gaps around the nozzles.

Sweet stripes! and nice job.. I didn't install the rear bit yet!

As for the scoop, I wanted it to stand out, thats why I didn't stripe it

I agree with the tip on removing the spray nozzles.. maybe next time

Great job ....aren't we all perfectionists??
