The latest: I heard back from my graphics guy finally. He has apparently called all the people he deals with to come up with the lowest price for me. Unfortunately, he's telling me the decals would be $75 for a solid white static cling decal and we would need a minimum of 4 to go ahead. This is higher than I and many of you hoped, but still about HALF the price of a permanent decal.

I will need to figure out how much it would cost me to ship these things out to people before I come up with the final price. I can't imagine it would be more than $5 for shipping. For the locals, I can arrange to give them to you at one of our MINI gatherings.

PLEASE let me know if you are seriously interested in one of these. If I get at least 4 people I will go ahead and organize a group buy. This will be a one time thing for me so if you are interested let me know! :grin:

I'm trying to find out how many of you with white roofs and sunroofs would be interested in getting a white static cling sunroof decal to hide the black sunroof. These would be removable so you could change between the white decal and a flag if you so choose.

I have talked to the guy at my local graphics shop (AWESOME people by the way) and he said they can make these up for us. The more we buy, the less they'll cost. He will get back to me with a price sometime next week.

THIS IS NOT A GROUP BUY AT THIS POINT. I'm just trying to see how much, if any, interest there is out there.

Count me in- I want all-white, Robyn! I haven't purchased one of the flag static models for just that reason. I've seen the-non removable ones in a coupla threads and it looks great, but I want static-cling. Keep me posted, please! Great idea!

Hi Robyn - my MC blk/wht roof w/ sunroof is due at Toson Mini in Md this weekend.
I, like you want the flexibility of static cling designs. First, how close can your provider come to the true coloor of the white roof? Anyw ay, if the match is there, count me a 'yes' in your poll.

And talk him into doing the blk-wht checerboard :smile:

Sure! Right now I'm trying to gauge the interest level so I can get a more accurate price from the shop. The more people who buy the less they'll charge!

See the updated info at the top of my original post. The price is higher than I had hoped ($75 plus what it costs me to mail them) but it's still much less than a permanent decal and you can swap it out with a static cling flag whenever the mood strikes!

I need firm commitments at this point from anyone who's interested. 4 or more and it's a go! :smile:
